I was constantly criticized and put down for studying Art in college, but it was therapeutic for my emotions. I make Art to encourage the disheartened to pursue their dreams without considering criticisms. I’m an artist who enjoys exploring traditional and non-traditional surfaces. I tend to create sketches and transfer them onto bigger surfaces for bigger artworks. I also like creating Artworks through printmaking, e.g., linocuts and silkscreen. Currently, the artworks revolve around my round-like character, Zito. He represents the vessel of the human condition. He dawns ≤ ≥ (Less Than/Equal To and Greater Than/Equal to) symbols as his eyes, and strives to represent the ever-present judgment that humans carry and that people will always see. Follow your gut and be yourself regardless of what people think!
